How do I create a gallery

I'm new to this forum, and I would like to know how to create a gallery and add a quote to my posts. Do I have to use my signature or is there another way?

The only way to start a gallery is to post pictures in your posts. The first time you post a pic...a gallery will be started for you. They are then automatically put into a gallery under your name. There is no way to just put pictures in a gallery at this time.
To have a permanent "quote" in your posts, I believe you put it in your signature...Not really sure about that though.

How do I post pictures in my regular messages so that I can start a gallery? Can someone please tell me how to do this?
