RIP Pumpkin

Late at night the vet called and told me that Pumpkin was suffering pretty bad and it was her opinion she should be put to sleep. IT was a hard decision but I agreed, so my little girl did her best to fight, but it was alittle too much for her. It hurts so bad! This is for Pumpkin:

I'll miss you so much Pumpkin. Hope you enjoy the place where you can run free all day, eat all you want and be with other little chinchillas and your sister.....take care of yourself (and me...I still need you) and know I'll never forget you....:'(

Ohhh, I'm so sorry. Know you did everything you could have for her,. I'm sure she's looking down on you from atop a big pile of raisins up in chinny heaven. :)

My boyfriend and I started reading your story this morning, and felt really sorry for you. Did all 3 chins have the same illness? What kind of illness was it? Our hearts go out to you! *hugs* She's in chinnie heaven now. :angel:

I'm so very sory for your loss. I've lost 6 of babies in the last 12 months. They all hurt so much. I'm so sorry. You did everythingyou could. You were a wonderful chinnie mom. You are in our thougts & prayers. I wish I had some words of comfort.
