posting photos

Hi, I'm a new "poster", and I am wondering if one of the moderators can help me figure out how to get a photo from my profile to reflect on my posts? I made sure it fit the pixel size, read the instructions, but I must be doing something wrong. Any other tips for graphics and photos is much appreciated. :)

If you are talking about the little pics (avatars) that members have next to their name...you have to be a member for 30 days AND make 100 posts.;)
