Congrats on making it past the 1.5 year mark -- you were the oldest girl in your family. Freckles, Mr. White, and I are missing you terribly, but I'm sure you're having a great time in Hamster Heaven with your mom, sister, brothers, and babies. Love always!

awww, it's always so hard to loose our little friends, it really sucks that pets like rats, hamsters, mice and so on only live for a couple year. at least you know that is their life span and you gave them a wonderful life throughout it all.

Thank you everyone for the warm thoughts. I've had 30 some hamsters in my life but still losing them just doesn't get any easier. An empty cage is an empty place in my heart.
