Sometimes hedgie poops will just turn green for with no real explanation. If she is acting fine still- eating, drinking, wheeling, eyes/nose are clear etc- then I wouldnt worry about it too much. If the poops change consistancy, like are watery, or jelly like, then you may consider having a fecel float, or smear done to rule out infection.

But right now I wouldnt be too worried with it. Give it a day or two and see if it clears up on its own. It may just be hedgie indigestion :)

I am always trying new treats out on Jake. Everytime he gets something new and yummy, he poops green. It clears up in a day. As long as it is just a color thing and not a consistency thing, I wouldn't worry.

I think that may be Popples way of telling you "I don't want a bath so I'll make my mom panic".

Reminds me of the time when my sister and I were having a bath together ( we were both young) and Lisa decided to pull a Popples (ie- take a poop in the tub). Definently made me panic! I dont think Ive ever jumped out of a bathtub so fast in my entire life!

Yes, it can turn green overnight. Too many mealies will also cause green poop. :)

I gave my boys whipped sweet potatoes and I gave them a little more than I should thinking they wouldnt eat it all. Well Tico chowed down on the entire serving I gave him and the next day he had orangey poops. I attributed that to the sheer amount of sweet potatoes he ate. Of course he didnt eat his kibble after all this.
