I couldn't get an appointment with an exotics vet until Saturday. I tried several local vet offices to get some revolution. Almost all said that I would need a prescription, I thought you didn't need a prescription for it in Canada?

Anyway, I found one that would sell it to me, and they only had the kitten formula.

I would really appreciate it if someone with experience with Revolution would message me or post about dosage. I dug up some info from older threads and from Tig's site, but I want to be *absolutely sure* before doing anything.

Thanks,

Janine + Macy.

Personally, I wouldn't try treating her until the vet sees her. Sat. is not that far away.

I agree with Ododad, if the mites aren't really aren't causing any TERRIBLE discomfort or putting her in any true danger, waiting until Saturday should be fine.

Thanks guys. I guess I am panicking a bit. I'm so worried and want it taken care of ASAP.

I wish I could hire your commando hamster to blast their itty bitty butts, Ododad!

LOL!!
I have never had to deal with mites but from all that I have studied and read about them, I don't envy you one bit. Nasty little creatures at best! I really hope that Macy fights them off. I already replied in your newer thread about the vet visit but wanted to add here how very lucky Macy is to have to caring so much about her! :)
