There are two vet clinics worth mentioning:
Creature Comforts at 95 and Ann Rd is wonderful, but very expensive.

Dr. Christine Kolmestetter at Cheyenne West, *(cheyennewest.com, cheyenne at durango, behind the pancake house)* is BRILLIANT. ALL of the vets in town call her for advice on exotics. She only works three days a week, however.

Spencer Springs Animal Hospt at Warm Springs and Spencer, has Dr. Bowers. He not only cares about the animals, but keeps prices low, and really takes a good interest in learning about the animals for which he cares.
