Well I went and got her today. She was in the smallest cage, on the wrong bedding, with actual cat litter in the litter box and was being fed dog food. It was a sad sight. She burrowed into her hedgie bag right away. Poor girl. When we got home I discovered that he is actually a she. I gave her a bath because she was dirty. She is sitting on my lap now. She is quite skiddish but i knew she would be seeing as she was neglected. I am her 3rd and final home. I decided to name her Molly.

Thanks everyone. I was not looking for another one but I cannot pass up a hedgie in need. Especially one that was in her situation. It was so sad. The people meant well but they were just ignorant. I have yet to tell my parents. I know they didn't want me to get anymore but I couldn't leave her like that. I know they will understand! Molly's already coming around. She's been crawling around on my roomie and I. I can't wait to see her turn into a happy hedgie. And in 30 days she can meet Zoe and Lilly! :)

I know what you mean. When I saw Murdoc I didnt go in there thinking I was going to be walking out with another hedgie. Although I was pretty much asking for it- LOL. Its always dangerous for me to go into a pet store.

I just couldnt help it- and the fact that even my mom was backing me up on it made my decision 10 times easier. Plus holding him for the very first time he pooped on me- it was meant to be I think LOL

Keep us updated on your new little one! Cant wait for pictures
