Ok, so I have some esbilac here but I am a tard and tore off the directoins to mix it.... does anyone here know how much water to add to how much formula? I'm not planning on handfeeding the babies completely but they should eat, they are crying, and noel doens't seem to want to chill out to feed them right now.

It is 3 parts water to 1 part formula.

Depending on how old the babies are, the first week or two I recommend using two to one, then after that three to one, but I don't recommend hand rearing unless there is a good reason to be doing so.
