Hey Everybody!
I was wondering if pork is good for hedgehogs or not. My mom cooked a roast a few nights ago and I thought it might be nice to give a little bit of the leftovers to Skittles, my little brother's hedgehog. I've heard different things such as pork can be too fattening, or it's alright in small quantities. I've even seen a website that just said not to feed pork (didn't say why though). :dizzy: What kind of opinions do you guys have? Thanks! :)

Hi,

Stick to cooked turkey or chicken....pork is too fattening....heavy meat.

In addition to the above, it's important that the meat they eat is unseasoned! Too much sodium for the little guys!
