Having five hedgies, I think you'll find that they will each like different treats and even then, not the same treats everytime. Hedgies can be so picky!
Odo, my 1.5 yr Albino likes mealies, mealies and mealies! She has never shown any interest in any other treat that I have tried to give. Since mealies have so much fat tissue in them, I only let her have one or two every other day.
Marco is a 8 month old Choloate who will sometimes eat a mealie and sometimes not. He has never turned down a cricket yet though! Crickets don't have nearly the fat that mealies do and Marco gets more of them.
Frodo is my 9 month old Albino clown. He has tasted everything from peas, apples, bannanas, mealies, crickets, meat baby food, grapes, boiled egg yoke, unseasoned cooked chicken, pork, steak and green peppers. All of these in small quanitys of course, but I think he would taste just about anything. Corn is not recommended though because it is not digested very well.
