Someone was telling me there was like a million different things you could do with Top Ramen to "jazz it up" (as if that can really be done). I don't know of ANY way to liven up a ten cent pack for noodles, but I would love to hear if anyone has heard this and how it is possible. :)

I add alfredo sauce to mine instead of the seasoning. My mom adds cooked veggies to hers. :)

I do a stir-fry with a little ground turkey, thawed frozen mixed veggies, egg (I scramble the egg first then mix it in), and I use the ramen seasoning to season it...quick, easy, cheap and tastes good!

what i used to do before i more or less quit eating it (and my sister still does this) is to cook it according to directions. Then, take out the noodles (we use chopsticks, but whatever you know how to use works :P), crack an egg into it, and let it cook (so i guess that's called poaching). Alternately, you could beat an egg in a bowl, and then pour it in. Add veggies (some chopped green onion, or wakame (seaweed), or onion, or cooked carrot slices, or whatever you want. If you want you could put a couple thin slices of pork or beef or something on top. Pretty much whatever... and then put it all in a bowl and eat ;)
Just like with italian pasta, you don't want to overcook it, cos then it gets all mushy and stretched out, ramen is supposed to be curly. though my sister's weird and likes her's all stretched out...

We take Top Ramen follow directions and add 1/2 cup salsa and if we have a little bit of ground up beef, you can even add a can of Slasa Da Elpato or Tomato Sauce.

Another way is add 1 cup of cream of mushroom, chopped Celerey, my kids are always doing something to there ramen, my daughter even adds Brocoli

Mmmm I love ramen, and I'm weird like your sis, I like it all smushy and soft! You can do a lot with the ramen if you don't add the seasoning and just treat it like regular noodles... but then again, you could just BUY regular noodles if you wanted. LOL :)

Sorry I forgot to say but you can also take a slice of cheeses(shreed it up by hand) and put that in the bottom of bowl(that you are eating out of) before you put in the noodles, then stir it around and you will have melted cheese in your ramen noodles.

OH MY i have so many recipes for Ramen Noodles. Had to get creative when I was younger cause was cheap dinner adn lunch. Okay first which I still do is
Make the noodles dump out most of the water add seasoning then some butter, garlic, parsley, and pepper. YUMMY.

Then there are noodle pillows
Cook up the noodles add seasoning let it sit for one minute then drain the water. In a frying pan heat up enought oil to cover the bottom. Dump the noodles in flatten out all over pan. Cook until they are golden brown then turn it. (I cut my up in four sections easier to flip that way)
Cook on that side also until golden brown. then EAT these are soooo good.
Last i made the noodles set the seasoning pack away for future use and put in a can of tomato sauce, some oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. My easy version of spaghetti. if I make beef ramen i put some of the seasoning in it.
Think I will start a poll what is your favorite Ramen noodle flavor.
