I was wondering if it is ok to feed my hedgehog baby food. I feed him hedgehog food from the pet store but I bought scooter chicken baby food as a treat and he loves it. Any suggestions?

Baby food is fine for your hedgehog, and is way better for them then the hedgehog food from the petstore you are feeding them now. I feed my two baby food as a treat once or twice a week. Just a dollop or so.
Try feeding your hedgie a high quality cat food such as, Wellness, Innova, Chicken Soup for the Cat Lovers Soul, Royal Canin, etc. If you do a search in the "Nutrition" section, it will give you tons of information.
I will look up some stuff for you to get you started and supply you with a link.
Be back in a few.:)

My healthy three get baby food as an occasional treat. But my malnourished and sickly rescue hedgehog has a bowl of baby food each night, in addition to her kibble being available 24/7. I serve her approximately 1-2 teaspoons chicken baby food, 1-2 teaspoons sweet potato baby food (stirred together and warmed), topped off with about 1 teaspoon whole milk, live-culture yogurt to help her tummy and get more calcium into her brittle old bones.
I stick with the Gerber Second Stage baby foods - the ingredients on the chicken are "chicken, water, cornstarch" and so forth for all I've tried in that line. Good, wholesome foods.
