Helping me resize pics with paint

Hey Everyone,
I would really like it if someone helped me out with this re-sizing pictures. I have had it.... :banghead:
Using paint, can someone help me re-size this to a little bit smaller... maybe cut the size in half. It is not going on here, but on my website, and the picture is huge! Any help would be great!!
Dimensions are 2048 X 1536
size is 885kb

For future reference, you can print out the exact MS Paint steps here (http://www.chins-n-quills.com/forums/showthread.php?t=71182&highlight=paint). I spelled them out pretty good, but if you are still having trouble, then just give a holler. One things for certain, ya get nothing for free. So the penalty is that you have to post some chinnie pics! ;)

I couldn't open my JPEG with MS Paint so I had to use Microsoft Imaging. That worked and it was easier since I just had to right click the picture and change the resolution and quality and dpi setting. I have a description of it somewhere else on my other thread if you want to know.
