Could my new baby girl be ill? :Pukey: I have had her for two days, she is about 6 weeks old. She breathes twice as fast as the boy when sleeping. Is much more mellow than the boy. When I put her back in the cage, she will stand in one place for 20-30 minutes. When she sleeps, she sleeps much more deeper and longer then the boy. And last night, she went to the bathroom on my carpet twice last night, and each time it was green and very very watery. Should I be weary that she could be sick?

If you're concerned I would take her to the vet. If she's just come home with you green poop is normal. Sleeping alot is also normal for a baby.

However, it's never a bad idea to take a new pet for a wellness exam.

Yes I agree. A vet visit sounds in order. Plus any new hedgies should always see a vet. Good luck and keep us posted. :)

Breathing fast might mean something or it just may be she is nervous.
Mellower than your boys is just a different personality.
Standing in one place for 20-30 minutes; is she just standing? Is she quilled up, scared?
Green poop is very normal for a hedgie coming to a new home with possibly new food. Very very watery is a concern as she could dehydrate very quickly. Is she drinking. Give her a water bowl if you don't already use one just to ensure she is getting lots to drink. If her poop is still really watery tomorrow I would suggest taking her to the vet just to be on the safe side.

Is she sneezing, runny nose, wobbly, cool tummy?

I concur with everyone else. It may just be normal "settling" in nerves or something else. A first time vet visit is always recommended.
