Today marks a year of being Pippin's slave. Hehe. Since he's a petstore hedgie, I'm not sure when he was really born, so I'm calling today his birthday! He's going to get some crickets and chicken and apples (his favorite fruit) tonight. I can't believe it's been a whole year...the little guy sure grew up fast!

Look, this was him after a week of owning him. He could fit in my hand! Now he can't even fit in both of my hands. Fat little goober. :laugh: Not to mention he hadn't grown into his ears yet. ;)

Have a Happy Birthday, Pippin!!! I hope he has a great day and loves his dinner. I made my mom go out and buy a small cake (Acme usually has individual cakes) and we lit a candle and sang to Pringle. We would then eat the cake, but none for Pringle. I gave him hamburger on his bday. I made birthday hats for him too. We are crazy in love with our hedgies aren't we? Have a great day!!!
