I'm just curious......when Herbie gets all cuddled up and ready to fall asleep or out playing he kind of twitches his body. It usually happens when he is all curled up. Not to be confused with huffing and puffing. Just twitching a little and then he is fine. Is it a relaxation thing? Does anybody elses hedgie do this?

Yes, Chloe does this. I have read that most, if not all do this. When I first got Chloe I was worried that she had siezures, it turns out it is a muscle relaxation thing, no worries!

Yeah all of mine do that when they are going to sleep. Then they sprawl out and sleep.

I wouldnt worry about it. I know sometimes when Im falling asleep I will actually twitch so hard that I will wake myself up

I remember when Murdoc was waking up from being put under the second time, his little paw kept on twitching....it was so cute :)

Is it kind of like a "hiccup" twitch? My Razzle does that once in a while -- I read that they do it when they are tired and/or just about to fall asleep. I was scared the first time I saw it though!!
