Hi all, I am in 4-H, to neone who is familliar with 4-h, i have to do public speaking, which is, yes a speech. I've decided to use Taria as my inspiration, and do hedgehogs. I was wondering what i should include about them, i know i will include food, and general care, but does neone have any ideas??

tell about their quills, annointing, where they originated, lifespan, different species of hedgehogs, anything interesting about them like how they think they are going to drown in baths, love to wheel, sleep in cloth bags I could go on and on :laugh:

You should also mention the fact that they are considered exotic animals and sometimes viewed as "fad" pets. They are still illegal in some places. Talk about the difficutly in finding exact information about their care and vets who have experience with them. Mention that anyone who wants a hedgehog should do a lot of research and make a logical decision. Not one based on how freaking cute they are! :laugh:
