Zephyr is home!

Zephyr made it here ok from Sarah in Halifax! He popped and hissed at me a bit, but calmed down when I rubbed his head. I can rub from the tip of his nose back over his forehead and he flakes out in my hand. He loves his bin and has annointed with the fleece blanket I put in there. Which is hilarious!! He has met my dog Caelin and only popped at her once. Now she is parked by his bin keeping an eye on him and Zephyr doesn't mind when she sticks her head in and sniffs him. He's had a drink of water and a bit to eat and a poop. lol so everything seems to be working fine. I am so excited I just wanted to share! :)

Thanks guys! :) I just wanted something unique and I saw that name in a book by Kenneth Oppel my kids and I were reading. I think it suits him. So far all is good. He is eating and drinking and pooping. Lots of pooping lol He goes for a vet check next tuesday with a vet from here that used to breed and raise hedgies. He still balls a bit but comes out fast when he does. :) As soon as I steal some gameboy batteries from my boys I will take pics and try and figure out how to post them.
