Chinchilla Boy, I see you have used the bird feeder too and have cut some bigger holes to allow access to the hay. My question is how did you cut so close to the edge or how did you file it down?

I used pliers and I think the specific type is called "diagonal cutters." Then I filed lightly with a metal file.
