Hi anyone any ideas what to use to clean my chins ledge and house box he keeps pooing on it as always as chins do. :banghead:

I found the best way to clean the wood is to sand it. I am assuming his house is made of wood. It comes out looking like new!

Yep, I do the same thing...I sand down the ledges with a piece of sand paper, also helps get rid of sharp edges from the chewing.

You guys are so smart... I seriously can't believe that I had never thought of this one before.. I genereally take my wood and soak it in water until things loosen up and then scrub with a stiff brush, but sanding sounds like it's sooo much easier... He he he.. Just laughing at myself because I hadn't thought of this one.. He he he...

I use the sandpaper that is backed with a sponge, so I can sand it wet. Which I find takes off mostly the dirt and leaves the wood intact.

I tried the sanding but the pee stains seem to be in deep...Maybe if I sand for hours I will eventually get it...LOL
