Food Supliments/Vits

I use a general powder on my Heps live food... should I use a similar thing on their food? Vits I mean... calsuim and such?

You don't need to add any supplement to the insects. They will get the minerals and vitamins they need from the dry and fresh foods they eat. I never add powder when I feed live insects, but then I only feed insects on a rotation basis with other foods besides the dry staple.

I use a vitamins supplement made by a local nutritionist that is made for small animals and I use a calcium suppliment for the nursing mothers
