Another request for help with signature picture

Can anybody help me with my signature picture? It seems I got it uploaded, but all I can see is an X.

The way I understand it, the pic put into your signature can only be linked to the CnQ site from another website and not directly uploaded. Since I don't have my own personal website to link from, I use Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com/) as my image hosting server. You can even link pics to a post if you don't want to upload it thru CnQ. :)
