Picture problems, HELP please!

Hello! I'm trying to post some new pictures, (I've posted many times before) and I am getting a message along the lines of can't post from a foreign host? Does anyone know why I am getting this messgae and how I can fix it?? Thanks!

Thanks for the offer but I'd like to be able to post them myslef so they would appear in my gallery. If anyone has any idea how I can make this stop that would be great! Thanks!!

Where are the pictures that you're trying to upload located right now?

I'm also getting this error. My pictures are on my computer, and I've tried to upload them.. I took them with my digital camera, they are of the right size and format.... And I for some reason get the error.
