Owning Hedgehogs in California

Hello All,

I am a hedgehog owner in southern california and i am looking to meet other owners (online ofcourse). I am the orgnizer for the orange county hedgehog group on the meetup.com website. So far 99% of the online members are looking for a hedgehog and do not have one. I would like to have more owner members. Check out the website and see if you would like to join.

Since it is "Against the Law" to own hedgehogs in California, I do believe only ****** would talk about and brag about it on the internet. And any reputable breeder will not sell a hedgie to someone in an illegal state. This also being a site that does not condon the purchasing and selling of illegal hedgies, you may want to look somewhere else.

Yes they are completely illegal and it puts your hedgie(s) in danger when you own one.

How do you check the laws??? i am trying to find out if hedgies are illegal in france or japan and dont know how to find out!
