Blueberry Jello Salad:
1 large box of blueberry or blackberry Jello
1 can of blueberry pie filling
1 12oz can of crushed pineapple
Topping:
8oz container of sour cream
8oz package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of finely-chopped pecans (optional)
Jello Salad Directions:
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of HOT water; ADD pineapple and pie-filling, mix and spread-out evenly in 13" x 9" glass cake pan; refrigerate until firm
Topping Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; spread over jello salad mixture; sprinkle finely-chopped pecans evenly
Keep refrigerated until served, refrigerate left-over jello salad
