I was just wondering if I had missed anything out for my hedgie I'm getting in April.
Heres a list of what I either already have or I'm getting...
Cage
wheel
litter tray
cat litter
food bowl
water bowl
liners
toys
igloo
mealworms
themometer(I'm looking for one of those that records the temp range)
space heater
ferret/plumbing tubes
tooth brush
tearless dog/ferret/baby shampoo
food
kiddie pool
Nail clippers
If you could tell me anything I've missed out or have any suggestions let me know
Thanks
Melissa

Umm, about the cat litter (you probably already know this, but just in case) make sure its not clumping or clay cat litter. I suggest Yesterday's News.

Yeah, I knw not to use clumping or clay, but thanks anyway, I got a cat litter called bio catolet recommended by a breeder here in England.

Sounds to me like you are off to a wonderful start.:) I am sure your hedgie is going to be very happy in his new home!
Can't wait to see pics and hear all about him.

The toothbrush probably isn't vital. My hogs prefer me not to come near their mouths. The hard food helps keep their teeth in good shape

Oh I was thinking about a toothbrush for bath time not there teeth, I can imagine that would be VERY difficult. I heard you can use one to brush their fur and quills...

Yeah, toothbrushes are needed to get soap into your hedgie's quills, they're also great for scrubbing away any "poop boots" they are sure to get.

Boy don't I feel dumb! After I typed that, I thought about what I wrote. I use a toothbrush too for bath time and it works great
