When is quilling over?

Fizzy was pretty much done quilling when I got her (3 months old), now four and half months.

Milkshake is a month younger and is still quilling. Her birthday is early December so now three and half months old. I can see the new quills pushing through her skin.

I realize Milkshake and Fiz may not grow at the same rate but I wanted to know how much longer Milkshake might quill for?

LOL, some days it seems forever. :) A good guess would be a month and she should be done except for occasional quills.
