I just received my first chin, Choda. Fascinating little creatures. Please excuse my questions if they are redundant. I know the value of doing searches first as I am also an admin on 3 other forums. BUT there are always THOSE times when you just can't find what you are looking for and for whatever reason, the answer someone seeks may have been archived....

Anyway....look forward to hanging out and making some new friends. This is the smallest animal I have ever owned. I normally only have dogs that I raise, Dogue de Bordeaux's. This will be a definite experience.

By the way.....I really like the 2 am wake up calls I have been getting........ :banghead:   And the funniest thing happens when I take Choda from his cage.........HE STOPS BARKING AT ME........

What part of San Diego do you live in? I'm up in Ramona and have 37 of these wonderful fuzzies.

Don't be afraid to ask any questions you may have! We are all here to help. Good to see another So. Cal chin owner. I had mine for 8 years and every person that saw her had never seen a chin before. Good luck getting to know your chinnie! :)
