Nope, no love for Aaron over here.
Although I did see him in concert (he was the opening act for the Backstreet Boys back in '97) - that was amusing (and not in a good way)

EDIT- Oh, and just for the record- I no longer like the Backstreet Boys ;)

Agreed. I think the only reason why he "made it" is because of his big brother being a member of the Backstreet Boys. Exactly the same reason why Ashley Simpson has "made it big". It certainly isnt because of talent (or lack thereof)- its all about knowing the right people.

Mena Suvari was hosting. They had her dress up as Aaron Carter and appear on a show w/ the "Old School Hip-Hop Stars" (or some other such nonsense). It was DOWN RIGHT HILARIOUS!

Anyhoo, I'm not a fan of the boybands (I'm old enough to Aaron's mom, I think :laugh: ) but will confess to having something of a crush on Donnie Walhberg from New Kids on the Block back in the day...

Tawana and I just figured out that it was actually Danny that resembles a primate :)

Yup -- it's Danny who has simian features.

When I was in middle school I had a few friends into NKOTB. It was always hard finding someone to like Danny, so we'd just randomly assign folks: "YOU have to like DANNY b/c STEPHANIE already called JOEY for herself!"

I'll have to see if I can find the link to some Backstreet/NSync "fan fiction" blogs. They are HILARIOUS! And to think: my friends and I were doing that almost 20 years ago but w/ paper and pen :love:

Yeah..no offence...but he sucks. lol. My brother used to listen to him like 4 years ago, but that quickly ended. :laugh: He is just a sad wanna-be. I used to like the Backstreet Boys back when I was 11, but don't anymore. Just a thing of the past. :rolleyes:
