Custom Avator

I am wondering how to get a custom avator. I have been a member for over 30 days and have daone 100 posts, but there is no option for custom avator under User Cp-Avators. Has anybody had this happen to them? All help would be greatly appreciated.

You actually have to make 101 posts before the option shows up. You should be "good to go" now! :)
