Cut above nose?

I just noticed today that Razzle has what looks like an abrasion right at the top of his snoot. It's not red, or bleeding or infected looking. It actually just looks like part of his nose, yet if I run my finger down his forehead to the top of his nose, that part is raised a bit. I don't know if he always had this and I just never noticed, but is this normal? He uses his nose a lot to dig and explore, maybe he could have cut it. But again, it's not red or irritated looking...simply brown but slightly raised & hard, somewhat scabby looking. Does this sound like something wrong?

When Macy had mites, I thought at first it was a scab. It was brown/tan and raised, but I realized it would scub off (but come back a day or so later). There are pictures in another thread if you feel like looking them up.

I hope he gets well soon, and doesn't have mites.

Tawnie and Twilla were both in the habit of obtaining a simular injuries until I figured out they were falling on their noses while trying to scale the corners of the cage (I have since blocked them with plexie glass and they can no longer scale them).
Just a thought.
