i just want to know how well hedgies like cottage cheese?

I think it woudl depend on the hedgie. I've heard of some adoring cottage cheese, I've yet to try it, not being a fan of it myself.

Chloe likes it. Its not her FAVORITE so if she has a choice of cottage cheese, mealies, crickets, or kitten food, cottage cheese will lose but she will eat it quite happily in the absence of anything better :)

Atticus and Annabelle are my cottage cheese eaters. The others won't touch it.I usually offer it during play time so if they are going to eat it, it's tried right away and if not, I don't have to worry about it going bad

Malachite liked cottage cheese, but neither Milkshake or Fizzy are interested in it. I ended up tossing a whole tub of it.

Both of my little ones love it! I never have to worry about it spoiling if I put it in with their food cause it's the first thing gone! Zeek has decided he likes scrambled eggs about as well as the cottage cheese though so I only offer him one or the other per day.
