Picture help

I read that you must have 101 posts to change to a personal avatar. Does this same rule apply for pics in the signature? If so, darn! I wanted to post some pics of my newborns.

No it does not apply to pics in your signature. Feel free to add pics to your sig at your leisure. :)

I have my pictures on a disc from wal-mart developing. Anyway, I can't figure out how to save the pic as .jpg...i think it is saved this way, because when I click properties, it gives the file name as .jpg. However, the file location is not. It's C:\Documents and Settings\Tim Logan\My Documents\My Pictures\imported_images_1

Anyway, this obviously doesn't work at all. I tried moving the pic to Microsoft word and saving it as jpg there, but it doesn't give the option. The only .jpg reference I'm given at all, is babies.jpg, which isn't helping me either. Am I doing something completely wrong? Help! Thank you!
