did anyone watch this TV movie tonight? i found it disturbing & didnt really realize all the stuff that had actually happened.. although, im not believing everything that was shown because it was 'based' on the true story, so IM SURE some events were not the full truth.

i just wanted to see if anyone else had any thoughts on this..cuz boy i find it SOOOOOOOOO mind boggling that someone could kill their 8 month prego wife & unborn son.. that he obviously had to take from the womb. SICK is about the only way to explain it & im happy to see he will be executed!!!! Too bad thats just an easy way out for him.. Scott wont have to suffer like his ex wife & unborn baby did as well as her family & his own.. i hate to sound harsh, but its too bad they couldnt drag out his death & make him slowly realize what he did while dying.. not just a quick prick of a needle or zap of an electric chair.

I mean come on...if he didnt want to be married to her & didnt want the baby that badly i really think she would have let him go instead of losing her life & or at least her babies!!!

That guy has serious issues to do a thing like that when there are other was to resolve feelings & whatnot..

That whole case is so sad & scary to think there are REALLY sick & twisted people out there just like him.. & some that have never been convicted!

MAN...

I really feel for Amber as well, i mean im sure had she known the truth behind his lies she would have never gotten involved.. She just got caught up in his lies & beleived him since he was soo good at lying!!!! poor thing & now her name is ruined!--but at least she did the right thing & didnt care about her rep & did what was best to help Laci & Conar!!! <3 ahh

my heart goes out to Laci's family so much.. that had to be a terrible thing to live through,,,all the not knowing.. even now, years later! I have lost a few friends to things that we really dont know what happened & i can be first to tell its much harder to cope with their death because i dont know.. not saying the ones who have passed from obvious reasons dont mean as much,, but with them we at least have closure to the situation & not left wondering..

sorry for the depressing post, but i just am well, i dunno, in shock or something.. WOW...

Since it was all over the news for so long I didn't feel the need to watch the movie. I definitely think he should be tortured in some way.

i didnt really follow the news with it.. so i wanted to see the movie.. i mean i got the basics, but there was a lot in the movie i didnt realize had happened.. like him basically trying to kill Amber as well.. ect..

i have a dad that runs a detective business so i think his genes of crime scences & things like that have rubbed off on me. i dont like that these things happen, but i love seeing them be put to justice!!! (& frenzic (sp?) science, that stuff is very neat.. & i should go to school for it... but i dont want everyday of my life to revolve around people that have been hurt & all the bad things that are involved with being a cop/detective.) =0 think it would be very mentally & physically draining!

im not sure if it will be on again, i doubt it.. maybe on cable/court TV or you could maybe even call the TV station & get a copy for pretty cheap.

It was worth watching if you followed the case or not.. just too sad its true! =[

I really hate to say it but I feel nothing for Amber..there had to be signs all those that have been cheated on will agree...she just wanted to believe what she wanted to believe...
I think they should put Scott in general population..yeah people in prison just love child killers
AND what the heck is wrong with his family when even his sister says yeah I thought all along that he offed her...

your right, there were signes leading to him really having a family, but at the same time he seems like he is extremely good at making others believe what he wants them to.

i even have a heart to 'feel' for him.. he obviously has a lot of mental issues.. but still, that is NO reason for anyone to do what he did.. he does deserve to die for his actions.. i just think he should have to have pictures of their bodies in his cell to have to stare at daily as a reminder of what he did.. maybe even while he is being put to death.. its just so sad that he gets such an easy way out for all the pain he caused to everyone.

I caught most of the movie... what freaked me out was how dead-on the actress's portrayal of Amber Frey was! Honestly -- you would have thought she was the real Amber, from her voice to her looks!
