I bought some food for my hedgie but left it in my friends car. I won't be able to get into town for a few days now, and I'm all out of food. I have little packets of whiskas wet food that I give my cat for a treat. It looks pretty good nutritionally. I'll have to add some all bran to it to give some fibre. I was wandering, will this be ok for my hedgie for 2 or 3 days? He loves this. I fed it to him before. Just a bit for a treat.

I know it's not good. I could give him dry whiskas food if that is better too. There is A LOT of fat in this though. My hedgie isn't overweight or anything though. I'm not even sure he will eat this..

OR I could cook him up some chicken breast to feed him for a few days. I know he would love me forever if I went with this option! lol

I know these aren't great, but surely it won't harm him too much just for a few days?

Which is the better option?

Why not some of all three choices?
They don't sound too bad for a day or two, especially if you already know she likes it.
What is her usual diet?

I would use mostly chicken, chopped up really small with perhaps a little of the bran added in. If you supliment that with some veggies (I've never had luck with veggies) you'll probably be ok. That way you know that you're staying away from the additive and stuff in the wiskas and you should be staying pretty lean on the fat.
