I don't know if this is something to worry about, but Taria was acting strange last night. She is a real wheel hog, snd loves to run on her wheel, but when i went to scheck on her last night, at around 11:00, she was still sleeping. I picked her up to see if everything was alright, and i am pretty sure that she was fine. I woke up tis morning, and there were no signs that she was up and running. The other night, when i woke up, he cage was a disaster. her litterbox was on the other side of the cage, and her wheel was upset, i am wondering maybe she got hurt, but i didn't see anything last night. Also, she was really grumpy this morning, when i walked over to her cage, she huffed at me, she never does that.

A change in behavior can mean a change in health. It may be nothing at all too.

I would say watch her. If she's still acting weird tonight and the night after I would start to be worried and maybe take her to the vet.

Take her on the floor and watch for lameness. Look her over for cuts or bones that look out of place.

My kids seem to have stages where they will 'throw a party' as I like to put it. Some nights their cages aren't too bad but some mornings they can really tear it apart. If she appears to still be eating and pooping normal then I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Ive noticed that sometimes my boys just have "off" nights- just like me! Just keep an eye on here- if the starge behaviour continues then a vet visit probably isnt a bad idea.

Sometimes, when there is a sudden increase in temperature, my guys like to sleep longer. I think that this is because in the wild they sleep during the day to escape the heat, and wake up at night once it is cooler. The summer temperatures sometimes do this to my guys aswell.

As for the messy cage, I don't know. Laura (PrettyHate) is right. Maybe she is just having an "off night".

Watch her a bit to make sure she isn't hurt, but otherwise I wouldn't be too worried.

I know what you mean. Sometimes I wake up to a disaster area and I ask Razzle if he invited his friends over!

Other nights, he is quiet and there is no sign of any play-time (which makes me worry until he gets back into his normal routine again).

Seems like sometimes they are just more tired than other times. I know this, but it still worries me every time and I keep a close eye on Razzle until he's back to his old self. I say, if all else looks fine with Taria (eating, pooping, nothing obviously wrong) then wait it out a few days and hopefully things get back to normal. Sometimes they ARE using their wheel or running around and are just "neat" about it!
