If there is anyone out there like me who is not only an animal lover but an avid comic book collector also, then you should check out the animal channel's new series called Animal Icons. It features animals that have been used to create superheroes and villians in comics and related entertainment venues.

It is scheduled to air again on Thursday evening at 9:00 PM EST.
