Poop in His Bed

The last few days, I've found poop in Lewis's bed, right where he's been curled up. He's obviously just gone where he lay, or done it in his sleep. He also did it once between mid-afternoon playtime and when he got up ~11pm (and he'd already used his litter tray during playtime).

He's about eight weeks old now, but I'd like to know if there's anything I can do to help put a stop to this behaviour. Or will he just grow out of it as he gets older?

He will probably grow out of it. He'es still just a baby and they don't have much control over where and when they go. :)
