Wording under name again e.e

How/When can you change the wording that appears under your name, such as where it says 'Senior Member' and stuff like that? I know this was probably asked before, but I can't find a thread for it

Go to User CP then click on 'Edit Profile'. There's a box where you can fill in your custom user title.
