Well, I know im crazy for typing that out. Anyways, Poke loves the stuff although it is a bit big and we have to cut it into four peices, we're happy she likes it and it is a Lite formula. What do you think about this food?

Well, I'm not the world's greatest authority on food...but I do know one of the first three ingredients should be meat, and I don't see that. The closest thing I see to meat is poultry fat, and that's not meat at all. I don't think it should be fed as a staple diet, but rather, part of the mix. What else are you feeding her?

Either I'm blind, or not reading correctly, but there's no chicken meal in the ingredients. There's corn gluten meal and chicken fat. But there's no chicken meal. I could have missed it though...it's late here, and I've been known to overlook.

EDIT: Nope. I re-looked, and there's no chicken meal. :)

 LOL..oh god...I just looked again. I'm an idiot. I should really go to bed.

But seriously...a mix of two or more foods is best, just in case one runs out. That way, you still have something to feed that your hedgie is used to, so their stomach doesn't get upset.

Oh my god...I'm so blind! I'm going to bed, I think.

I think Hemi's mommy needed some sleep.

But HiJo...good idea to take it slow. 3/4 old food first week, 1/2 old food second week, 1/4 old food third week and on the fourth week, new food.
