is it just me? i know this does not make good 'bussines sense' but i JUST LOVE SINGE BIRTHS!
no fighting, fewer injuries/deaths... they are the best (even when the kit is a Naturalle male LOL).
how do you feel about this?

Give me single and twin births every time and I'm the happiest person LOL
I cringe when someone announces in excitement their newest quads. I just know in a couple of days they will be back on complaining the babies are fighting and not gaining weight. :neener:

I actually prefer twins, then when they are weaned they have each other for company.I think this aleviates some of the stress..
Just my 2cents!

but what do you do if they are not the same gender? i always feel bad for the male that cannot stay with mom 'just a little bit longer...'

I think I like twins best. Especially when you have 1 of each gender! :) I have only had twins and single births so far....so I don't know what would happen if I had triplets or quads. ;)

I too like twins.. but.. Same Sex Twins.. Because I'll wean them together and then seperate them later when they are ready to rehome or pair up.
So Same Sex Twin Litters for me.. I only like single litters if I get two or three at once.. That way I can put them together. :)

LOL oh geez Kindra!! How many quint litters have you had now?
We've had one litter of triplets and one litter of twins here so far. With the twins I had to rotate and supplement (the sisters fought like crazy). With the triplets we didn't need to do anything at all and it was so wonderful.
I think I'll freak if we have quads or quints lol.

Just one, but all stayed with mom and never fought and were the picture of perfect kits (despite my freaking out). Have had a few sets of quads who also were able to all stay with mom with no rotating.
I've had the most trouble with triplets actually!

One twin birth and the rest have been singles...my latest single just yesterday...lol We did have one triplet birth and lost the littlest because he was just too small and rotating and supplementing didn't work. So alas I am perfectly happy with a single and I think it is easiest for mom and for me too.....I am a born worrier.
