biggest litter you've ever had??

I thought it would be fun to find out what the largest litter anyone has ever had was. :) My last one of 4 was the largest. So what's the record litter size???

Kei had 6 big healthy happy babies.

Cinder delivered 7 dead babies early and had a uterine infection. The business across the road from us decided to rip up their parking lot 10 days before she was due. The daily house shaking bangs, thumps and vibrations from the heavy equipment caused her to loose the babies.

Cinder is fine although she tends to get cold easily now. She was a very sick girl and it was touch and go whether she would survive. She couldn't even raise her head she was so weak. She was put on antibiotic and went every 2 days for sub-q fluids and iron shots just to build her up to be strong enough for surgery as well I was syringe feeding her every 2 hours because she wasn't strong enough to take in more than a mouthful or two at a time. Each time I went to get her I half expected her to be gone but she's a fighter. :)

My largest litter was 8. The largest litter that I have heard of in the group of breeders that I talk to frequently was 11.

I have 6 right now. They are only four days old. It's only my second, but the last litter I had was cannibalized and only cosisted of 2.
