Chocolate or Chocolate Chip?

Does anyone know what the significant difference is between these two colors? I'm pretty sure Razzle is an Algerian Chocolate, but he does have some pure white quills. What makes one a Chocolate CHIP ? I can't tell a difference in any photos I see. :dunno:

I think a chocolate chip has between 30 and 50% unbanded quills. I could be wrong though. My girl is a chocolate chip and in the sunlight, she looks completely white.

A snowflake (the difference between chocolate and choc. chip) should have 30-70% pure white quills. Around 50% is ideal.
