View Full Version : Fudge recipes?
Does anyone know of some easy to make fudge recipes that aren't 99.9999999999999999999% sugar? I would make some for my mom as a surprise but I don't know if she would eat it if it was too sweet. Also, I'm not that good at baking so it needs to be EASY! Are there any recipes out there like this? :dunno:
Thanks! :hearts:

I use the recipe on the back of the marshmallow Fluff container  It's a soft fudge, not hard. VERY tasty... but very sweet, as fudge is supposed to be :)
Do you think you could copy out the recipe for me? I've now decided to make a SWEET recipe... :D lol

i think you need to buy the marshmello fluff...because it is part of the recipe. Then you can just get the recipe on the back of the jar.

Yeah -- what chinluvr04 said :applause: The Fluff (or Kraft Marshmallow Creme; similar recipe but nearly identical results) recipe involves Fluff, chocolate chips, sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Really simple and easy to do on the stove top.
Let me know how you make out -- I'll try to bring the recipe tomorrow, regardless :)

you guys have my mouth watering for fudge now. I went to a farmer's market over the weekend and this woman talked me into trying this jalepeno fudge she had for sale.. I balked at the idea at first, but then relented and tried it... it tasted like regular fudge, but then the after taste was like hot pepper....very weird.. but good.
