welcome to the forum and good luck,, we are a small hobby breeder in Texas,,,, you can find alot of breeders and such in the classifieds section and just by reading the post on the site... good luck and holler anytime...

I have been going thru the classifieds how ever I prefer not to have chins shipped as I know it is stressful on them and I have not really found what I am looking for close by, I did find one chin I am interested in I just have not gotten a reply yet.

Try using a major search engine like AOL. Type in 'chinchilla oregon'. You will be amazed at how many results you get. Then you would be able to look for the ones nearest to you. It will also give you ads that have been posted by people, who do not have websites, that have been posted on forums like this one. That is how we found our Zeb when we started seriously looking. One of the results was Lisa (on here). Good luck and enjoy yourself.
