Hi, i am peter from montreal quebec canada, i have been reading this forum for a long time, but i finally joined because this week i will be getting a chinchilla, after wanting one so long.
I waited this long because now the chinchilla will have it's own room, with no other animal in it, ect.
but i am wondering something, i am sure not getting a chinchilla from a pet store, i have seen how agressive they are, but from what i have heard, they are alot more tame from private breeders, and there are a few in quebec.
what i am wondering is, anyone who is from montreal here know anything about the breeders in quebec? like quality, ect? and from what i have seen there are only 3, i only talked to one so far.
there is one in levis quebec, which is too far from me, and there is one in terribone, but his email adresse doesnt work, the only one i contacted and talked to was the one in prevost, normand, which seems really good, but i'd like to hear other peoples opinions..
