Help! Adding pics to posts/resizing signature pictures

Can somebody please help me? I have never had a problem posting pictures before, but now I am. Could somebody please help me? I have a couple pictures I would like to share, and a few I would like in my signature (since my others were too big). So, I need help resizing and help placing the pictures in a general post. Thank you!!!

Okay...lemme see if I can tell you what you need to know. :)

The address of those pictures is an address that is located on your computer, an address that noone else is able to see. You're going to have to either email them to me or someone else, or you're going to have to figure out how to actually post them. Which would you rather do?

I'm assuming that you'd just rather send them to someone in email (if me, just email to APayton250@aol.com) and I'd be happy to resize them and post them wherever you want them. :)
