New Hedgie owner/animal lover

Hello all!!!
Well, I got my first Hedgie after much research (including this wonderful site, Thanks!) about two weeks ago. He was born on June 30th and I have yet to name him!!!

I am a zoology student so I have a big interest in animals to choose it as my future career (love elephants and want to work in a zoo)!!!

I am also the proud owner of 2 Black Labs, Steeler and Paris, and two Bettas that also need names!! :laugh:

My hedgie is still pretty shy...still doesn't want to check me out much but he did start running on his wheel last night!!! YEAH!!!! :winkgrin:

Need all the advice I can get on names and on getting my grumpy hedgie to love me!!!

Cant help you out too much with your hedgie but welcome to the forum! I have also thought about zoology as a major but never pursued it!

Still tryin to figure everything out on here!!!
I had a little breakthrough with my grumpy hedgie last night!!! He climbed around on me and tried to bury himself in my hair!!!
If anyone is interested in Oklahoma, I got my hedgie at Prickle Patch Exotics and found the web page in this forum.
