wow my hedgie has tons of energy

:hearts: Carmela got the unusual treat of crickets last night

and omg did it ever give him energy he has been running around in his cage and on his wheel since 2 am it is now 8:30 am and he is still playing which is a first usually the little booger is sleeping by the time I
get up does any one else find feeding crickets gives them a burst of energy???or makes them more lively? :laugh:

Sometimes I notice that too - when I give Razzle something he LOVES (like crickets or worms) he runs around like crazy!!! It's so cute!!!

My girl doesn't usually run around like mad when I give her a treat she loves...she just makes it disappear. She's a great magician.

I named him carmella becuase I bought him from a pet store two weeks
ago and they told me he was a she so every day I call out carmella
carmella come on out and now he is finally comfortable to show me his belly I found out she is not a girl but a boy. but I figure hey he knows his name and the famillitary of me calling him carmella so why change it LOL :laugh:

Congrats on the hog :) Mine also tend to be more active when they get treats (such as mealies, crickets, and silkworms)
